4. 研究中心专场分享
在大会期间的5月14日下午，研究中心将组织专场分享会。
获得本研究中心资助的项目组可免除会议注册费，并受邀在专场上分享项目成果（此权益仅限于口头报告。如需发表会议论文，请按大会正常流程完成注册）。

5. 10个免论文出版费名额申请

研究中心特别提供10个免会议论文出版费的宝贵名额。申请与评审流程如下：

申请方式：通过大会官方投稿系统提交论文时，请选择 Special Session 3: RC4AIED 主题。
评审流程：大会投稿截止后，本研究中心评审委员会将对投稿至该专场的论文进行评审，并最终选拔出10位获奖者。获奖者将收到通知，并指导其完成免出版费的注册流程。
参与要求：研究方向必须与本研究中心三年战略方向高度契合，主要分为以下三类：
- A. 技术研发类（面向所有人开放申请）：基于研究中心核心研发成果（例如FDLD系统）的原始代码进行二次开发与创新的研究。
- B. 教学应用类（面向所有人开放申请）：通过应用研究中心核心研发成果（例如FDLD系统）在教学实践中进行的研究。
- C. 自由探索类（仅限已获研究中心资助的项目申请）：与本中心战略相关的自由探索性研究。

2. The University of Liverpool Library is hosting an AI Online Conference

Conference Information

Date: Friday, 24 April 2026

Participants: Open to all Professional Services staff, Faculty colleagues, and students.

Focus: The conference will have a particular focus on information, heritage, and learning development, exploring how to embed AI in teaching, research, and collection development.

How to Submit

To propose a 20-minute short paper or a 10-minute lightning talk, please complete the brief submission form with your details and session abstract by Friday, 6 March 2026.

3. The 2nd International Conference on AI and Education (ICAIE 2026)

The 2nd International Conference on AI and Education, hosted by RC4AIED, will be held from May 13 to 15, 2026at the XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang).
Important Dates

Full Paper Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026

Presentation Abstract (For Presentation Only) Submission Deadline: March 20, 2026

Camera-Ready / Registration Deadline: April 15, 2026

4. Research Centre Special Session

On the afternoon of May 14, during the conference, RC4AIED will organise a special session.
Project teams funded by RC4AIED are eligible for a waiver of the conference registration fee and are invited to present their project outcomes at this session (this benefit covers presentation only. For paper publication in the proceedings, please complete the standard conference registration process).

5. Application for 10 Fee-Waived Publication Slots

The RC4AIED is offering 10 valuable fee-waived publication slots. The application and selection process is as follows:

How to Apply: Submit your paper through the official conference submission system and select Special Session 3: RC4AIED as the theme.
Review Process: After the conference submission deadline, a review committee from the Research Centre will evaluate all papers submitted to this special session. Ten awardees will be selected and notified, and will be guided through a fee-waived registration process.
Participation Requirements: Research directions must align closely with the RC4AIED's three-year strategic focus, falling primarily into the following three directions:
- A. Technical Development (Open to all applicants): Research involving secondary development and innovation based on the original code of the Research Centre's core outcomes (e.g., the FDLD system).
- B. Teaching Application (Open to all applicants): Research conducted through the application of the Research Centre's core outcomes (e.g., the FDLD system) in teaching practice.
- C. Free Exploration (Only open to projects currently funded by RC4AIED): Exploratory research related to the Centre's strategic themes.

6. Research Centre 2026 Project Funding Call
